Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Toscamar" 4.6 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km pebble beach "La Barraca" 5 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 5 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner rarely occupies the upper floor.

Regret de ne pas disposer de l emplacement voiture car occupé par la voiture à demeure du propriétaire. Absence de balaie et serpillière pour usage quotidien. Attention danger ouverture fenêtre salon. Risque de chute sur soi. Génial de disposer des draps serviettes interhome. Merci à vous à bientôt
