In the district of Pinosol, in the resort 2.8 km from the centre of Arenal Javea, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.8 km from the sea, 2.8 km from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced), orchard (fenced), swimming pool (14 x 5 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.3 km, restaurant 500 m, café 550 m, bus stop "Parada antiguo Mas y Mas" 2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2.8 km, rocky beach "Segundo Muntanya" 3 km.
