Villa Casablanca Pinosol Jávea is a beautiful Mediterranean villa located in a quiet residential area, with a private pool, garden and mountain views. With capacity for 9 people, it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy a family holiday, thanks to its spacious areas and modern amenities that guarantee a unique stay.



The Accommodation

The villa, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, is distributed over two floors and offers a cosy and exclusive environment. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious and bright living room with large windows offering views of the pool and garden. The living room features a comfortable chaise longue sofa, air conditioning, Smart TV and internet access (WiFi), ideal for moments of relaxation. Next to the living room is the dining room with a wooden table and designer chairs and a modern American-style kitchen fully equipped with high-quality appliances: induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. Additionally on this floor, two bedrooms are distributed, one with a King size bed and another with two single beds, both with close access to a full bathroom with shower.

From the living room, a corridor leads to the lower floor, where a second beautiful living room and an additional kitchen are located, as well as two more bedrooms: one with three single beds and another with a King size bed. On this ground floor, there is also a full bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The exterior of the villa is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate, with a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a built-in barbecue area, an outdoor table for al fresco dining, and a spacious garden that ensures privacy and tranquillity.

Location

The villa is located in the exclusive Pinosol area in Jávea, 500 metres from the Pinosol natural park, and 3 km from the sandy beach Playa del Arenal and the rocky beach Playa Montañar. It is also close to the Jávea Golf Club and 5 km from the centre of Jávea, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and other services. Alicante airport (ALC) is 97 km away, which makes it advisable to have a car to move around the area.
