Perfect for large families or groups, this stunning property offers sea views and features a unique, freeform pool with a built-in jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic vista. This semi-detached villa provides a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living with spacious terraces and a BBQ house for alfresco dining. A short 10 minute walk will take you to Javea Old Town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Arenal Beach is also only a 10 minute drive away, with plenty of water sports. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

The centre of the old town, with its array of dining, shopping, and local cultural offerings, is just a short 10 minute walk away. The main beach, Arenal, is approximately a 10 minute drive or taxi ride away, providing easy access to one of the area's most popular coastal spots. For a different scene, the smaller beaches like La Grava and Playa Granadella are within 5 and 20 minutes’ drive respectively.
