Great stay for 9 nights, but with cleaning bi-daily (you can ask for daily cleaning if you want), they missed our last cleaning of our stay and no refill of things like toilet paper, tissue (we got a cold..), same breakfast each day so they could be more of changes of their breakfast meals than just change the Belgium waffles to fried potatoes. Good to have some ham, regular cheese, vegetables to have on the breakfast too as example. But overall ok.

Worth the stay, just ask for directions

Overall was a good stay. Tried to order room service and didn’t work so had to go to the restaurant to order and wait. Also hard to navigate elevators and where to go to get to the restaurant.

Great place to stay. Hotel room was clean, facilities great. Staff really helpful and nice. Easy access to Manhattan by PATH or ferry from right outside the hotel. The Manhattan skyline at night is fantastic from the small park area outside the hotel or in the morning while having breakfast. There is also a playground which our son enjoyed right outside. The breakfast was pretty good for American standards. No complaints here. Our room had a small kitchenette. There is a whole foods supermarket 7min by foot away, which is really convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back one day.

We stayed here for 3 night for sightseeing in NYC. The property was nice and we love the views from the roof top. It is conveniently located. Both train station and ferry terminal to NYC were nearby. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that both me a little bit was the bed kind of soft to my taste (personal preference here). Also, we can hear the light rail train going by while in bed.

We got a spacious 2 queen-bedroom with a slight view of the Husdon River. I like it because breakfast is delicious and the hotel is always clean. This hotel is just a few steps away from PATH Exchange Place (very convenient if you plan to explore NYC) and Hudson River Waterfront Walkway with the scenic view of the Manhattan skyline. The place is also convenient to a lot of restaurants and a playground. Staff is also approachable. Would recommend this place to my friends. 😁

It's always great to stay at the Hyatt House. The rooms are big and comfortable. This time, I noticed a bigger flux of families with children. At the breakfast place, there was a piano, and many kids kept hammering it without any of the staff intervening to stop this kind of behavior. This is a high-end business hotel, and such incidents should not occur. Of course, it is mostly the parent's problem, but the staff should reinforce respect.
