Lovely airy hotel perfect for our onenight stay. Rooms equipped tea/coffee, shower gel etc, iron/board, hair dryer. Bed very comfy good size pillows. Breakfast great, lots of variety . Good coffee's and tea's. Usb point in room didnt work Windows filthy , barely see out of them

Once again staff have no idea about VIP perks (discount bar/food vouchers) just a vague look when pressed on the benefit. Rooms dated, bed uncomfortable and towels like sandpaper. No water in room.

It's a nice comfy hotel, but on this occasion it was a bit disappointing, because I had to change rooms twice - first, because unlike the photos, there was no armchair and then the upgraded room had electrical faults as well as some noisy activities from above.
