The location next to the ferry was convenient but we still ended up doing a lot of rideshares because it was many times less expensive. It was a nice property with a good restaurant around the corner. We didn't like the hearing accessible room's shower though - there was no lip or other drainage and the floor just got soaking wet everytime we used it.

The ferry ride to the city was so easy and such a nice ride. Coming back at night, you even get a great view of the city lights. The rooms were clean, modern up to date and the breakfast was wonderful. Loved our stay would definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and I felt very safe in the area, which made my trip even more relaxing. Another highlight was that the room had a kitchen — very convenient and made me feel right at home. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

-Room was spacious and had everything we needed (seperate kitchen, living room, bedroom). Quiet and clean. -Hotel had a generous offering for continental breakfast- fruit, eggs, sandwiches, etc. Coffee was excellent. -This hotel is literally right beside the ferry. 10 minutes to Midtown, 10$ a person. Perfect way in to NYC. -Awesome restaurant on the griund level, perfect prices and amazing menu for choice.

Much better than staying in Manhattan!

Lovely large suite with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/sitting room. Kitchen include large refrigerator, microwave and cooker so you can prepare your own meals if you wish. There is an ACME supermarket a short walk away. Good complimentary breakfast. Excelent transport links to Manhatten. Brilliant views of the Manhattan skyline. Service was brilliant.

The front desk staff on all shifts were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and great looking. Right across from NJ/NYC Ferry. My ship was docked next to Ferry terminal in NYC. So convenient, I just walked to ship. I would definitely stay here again. Only Con: Breakfast sucks, but it was included.

We visit the NY area every couple of months and this has been the best hotel we have stayed at for affordability and convenience. For the reasonable rate you get a suite w a bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Very comfortable. Very easy to get into the city by walking across the street and taking the ferry over. It's a 10 min ferry ride w beautiful views of NYC and takes you into midtown Manhattan. Much better experience than driving into the city or staying in the city.

The deadbolt on our room broke and we couldn’t get out. When we repeatedly called the front desk they just kept putting us on hold even though we were yelling “Help”. Turned out OK but it could have been serious.

Perfect for NYC Vacation!

Absolutely perfect for our 10 day trip to NYC! Location was wonderful and so convenient as we traveled back and forth to Manhattan via the NY Waterway Ferry across the street. All the staff was wonderful the entire stay. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this Hotel was for our trip. Will absolutely be back again if I visit New York!
