Perfect hotel except I arrived late at night and went right to bed, and in the morning found there was only a bath towel-no towel and shower matt. Tried to phone down for towels and the hotel phone did not work. Called via my cell phone, and towels arrived promptly. Be aware there was no in room coffee maker, and no complementary coffee in the lobby. 42nd Street looked shabby near the hotel entrance. Grand Central Terminal is Still Magnificant.
