My party booked a 2 bedroom suite. It was absolutely lovely. The walls are a little thin as we could hear the commotion from the hallways, bit ot was fairly negligible. The convenience of transportation to and from the hotel cannot be beat. I definitely would stay again.

Felt like I was staying in a Motel 6.

Its not the Hyatt it used to be. It was like staying in a Motel 6. Being in the room or bathroom, you can smell cheapness. No breakfast offered yet they charge $40 per day in resort fee, why? there is no pool or a beach or a tennis court, why is it called a resort or have a resort fee? How do they get away with that?

Front desk people who help with checking in weren't so welcoming or patient, they just wanted to be rid of you quickly. Didn’t take time to explain the $15 expense per day. Me and my colleague checked in at different times with different people and were both confused with that policy. Otherwise a great hotel. Convenient location.

An additional $50/day "hotel charge" came out of nowhere. No in -room amenities such as coffee-maker, no free coffee in the lounge. We paid extra for the breakfast buffet which was awful. All staff were gracious and friendly. Beds were comfortable.
