There was not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room, so I had to go out late at night to buy some. Basic hygiene amenities such as cotton pads or cotton swabs were also not provided, which was a bit disappointing. However, the daily $15 market credit helped make up for some of these shortcomings. The weather was quite cold during my stay, but the heater in the room did not work effectively, so it felt a bit chilly while sleeping. On the positive side, the location was very convenient. It was easy to access the subway and buses, and it was close to Times Square and SUMMIT, making it convenient to visit major attractions.

Easy check-in and check-out process. Very convenient location (there is an indoor breeze-way connecting the hotel and Grand Central Station). Staff was amazing. The property is very clean, although the you can tell there are some structural updates that can be made (like the tub). Very good stay for the price. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is practically central to everything in New York - it is next door to Grand Central station and still very quiet. Courteous staff, amazing foyer and brilliant setting. The room is spacious which is not known for hotels in New York and also.very clean but it needs a bit of TLC in my opinion.
