Great Location

Could not ask for a more conveniently located hotel. It's physically attached to Grand Central so you can walk through inner hallways to avoid weather/crows and grab breakfast, then quickly hop on a train. Plenty of good cafes and salad shops around as well. My room was not on the street side, so I heard barely any noise from the traffic.

We had a great experience staying at the Hyatt for the weekend. We were allowed to check in early which was a big plus since we wanted to go walk around the city and not have to worry about our bags. The room was very clean and the staff was excellent with any questions we had. Will stay there again.

I attended the NGO CSW69/Beijing+30 Forum at the United Nations. I checked in, and the two young men at the counter were pleasant and very welcoming. They asked why I was visiting, offered me an upgrade, and told me about all the amenities in the hotel. I enjoyed the upgrade of my room, but the bathroom was tight.
