We appreciated the kind, supportive, and flexible staff when it came to our requests and meals. But most of all, they were kind enough to move our room off of the lower floor. We wanted to cancel our booking because the road noise was quite loud due to the festival, but we couldn't becaues of Expedia's bad refund policy. The manager really helped us out and got us better room, where we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Also, the parking was a dream compared to every other hotel we stayed at in Ireland.

Staff was very nice. Room was cleaned every day. Parking was extremely convenient. Hotel food was great for a quick bite to eat. Quick taxi to the square was perfect. Walking distance to Eamon Darcy Park.

I booked this hotel ahead of my daughter's study abroad as she was arriving in Galway early. It's the first time she has traveled absolutely alone, and the staff was very kind and helpful to her. Thank you for the warm aloha spirit you have shown her and for making her stay pleasant. She now thinks of Galway as a colder version of Hawaii. :-)

Due to the power cuts we had to book in to a hotel instead of staying at the in laws. We needed one near the hospital to visit my mother in law. Was only a 30 minute walk to the hospital and was a really nice walk. Hotel was lovely, can’t fault it.

This property was about 20 to 25 minutes walking distance with a fare pace from the city centre. If not, you can take a taxi for about 10 euros cash. The room was a fare size however the carpet in the room and in the hotel was quite old with some spots of stain. The heat was malfunctioning so both nights we stayed were a bit chilly and the tv control was not functioning properly as we mentioned twice. I believe next time we go to Galway, we will stay in an other hotel an d stay closer.

Highly recommend this hotel

Very nice spacious room. Restaurant food was really good with a veried menu. Very large portions. All the staff my daughter and I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Great location with a carpark. Highly recommend this hotel. Have stayed here previously and will definitely stay here again.
