We booked a superior room for a 2 night stay. We went for the superior room vs standard because it said we had a city view. The only view we had was that of another building. When we tried to switch, they said they had no other rooms. The staff was nice enough about it. The food was so so. The best reason to book this hotel was the location. It is near everything. A 20 minute walk to the Jaffa gate. A 10 minute walk to ben yehuda etc....

Central location, good value for money

Hotel in an excellent central location near the light rail and within walking distance of the Mahane Yehuda market, which includes nightlife and many entertainment venues. The room I was given was renovated, and very cozy. The hotel staff is very kind Do not expect a luxurious 5-star hotel is not like that but definitely a good 4-star hotel for a hotel in the city center, with good value for moneyืช , I will come again for sure.

The hotel is old and in bad shape, service is bad and impatient. When asked the manager he was aggressive, rude and unwelcoming. Very few patience to questions. Overall the hotel is not recommended and the manger shouldnโ€™t work in the service industry.
