訂了三晚，第二天回酒店竟然發覺浴缸無洗，厕所腳踏巾無換，房內三隻茶杯用過無洗，衞生紙差不多用完無換，真不可接受。

Family stay in hometown

The room is spacious. We took direct coach from Hong Kong and the stop was right outside the hotel. The international breakfast is great. Food in the restaurant is fantastic. We took about 10 min taxi to the biggest shopping Mall nearby. Nice and comfortable stay. Service from hotel staff is excellent

房向湖景，還算寧靜

當初訂房並不知道酒店位置偏僻，十分不方便，酒店配套不足，未能提供酒店應有設施，酒店大堂沒有空調，餐廳在還有客人在用餐時間關掉空調，另客人用餐時非常不舒服，游泳池又不能用，另住客不能使用設施非常失望，總括來說下次不會再入住

開平的好選擇.

服務人員很好, 前台很有禮貌, 也很快捷. 房間跟洗水間也夠大. 只是只有少量洗涮用品及沒間房間咖啡提供. 其他都很滿意. 這次不夠時間到游泳玩, 很大的泳池, 小朋友應該好高興.
