Pretty basic with absolutely no atmosphere. Staff were unhelpful and at times rude. Rooms (we had two) were clean but dated. Buffet dinner was ok, but I suffered from an upset stomach. Wouldn't recommend this hotel having stayed at the Protea (a MUCH nicer, welll decorated, modern hotel) for the same price on our return.

The bedding was clean and well-presented, which is always appreciated. However, a few noticeable stains on the carpet near the doorway detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room. With some attention to this detail, the overall experience would have been much more positive.The housekeeping phone service was not functioning from the room, which meant I had to go downstairs to reception to request additional towels, as well as an ironing board and iron. This was quite inconvenient and disrupted the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it an ideal choice for travellers. A fast and efficient shuttle service was provided at no additional cost, which was a key factor in my decision to book this hotel
