We had a great stay! The hotel is older, but has been kept up and was clean, there was plenty of room, and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was simple but adequate and again, wonderful staff. It’s right downtown making shopping and restaurants very walkable. We would gladly stay again.

The room was very clean inside and very comfortable for a getaway. The only complaint was the windows were very dirty so it made seeing out of them difficult but that’s not a daily job so it’s understandable after the winter we’ve had! Staff was wonderfully helpful, from delivering towels to the room to having to go utensils when my late night dasher forgot them! The breakfast in the morning was tasty but the portions were small for the price point (there are very similar restaurants in the area for better size/price ratio)! I would absolutely stay here again, such a great location!

Paper thin walls, you can hear every conversation, and everything else going on. The water never turned hot, or even warm, in the shower. I tried to add the discounted breakfast fee after I booked and was told that wasn’t possible (not sure why they couldn’t add it to my bill). The one redeeming thing was the breakfast restaurant staff who were very courteous.

Off the bat, it’s an old hotel. The lobby gives it away even if the exterior doesn’t. There’s definitely an air of the Shining in the lobby, But they are remodeling. You can tell when you enter the room. I love the color they chose for the bathroom! I love butter yellow! And they use real tiles, not fiberglass stuff. The shower gave strong sprays so showers in the morning was a treat. I chose the lowest rate room so the room was in the smaller side, but the sheets were super crisp and the mattress was better than any I’ve slept on. The pillows are fluffy and firm. Housekeeping gave me new towels everyday and they remade my bed so I come back to crisp made bed. The lobby staffs were helpful too! The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed my stay here!
