As such, the backyard is not intended for guest use - Geckos may be present, due to the location of this property. They are not harmful and are a natural form of pest control - Maid service is available for an additional fee and can be arranged through the Guest Contact - This unit is in a residential neighborhood abutting the undeveloped Kolaoa, Hawaiian Home Land Preserve. As such, the neighborhood is home to various wild birds you will hear throughout the day and peep frogs you will hear at night. Wild goats often roam the neighborhood but are extremely shy and will quickly run back to the preserve when they detect human presence. Neighbors also keep chickens and roosters that you will hear throughout the day. Those who find the sound of roosters crowing annoying, along with the delightful wild songbirds, may want to rent elsewhere - The property does not have air conditioning
