The property was gorgeous and they kept up the grounds really nice. The condo on the other hand was satisfactory. We ran out of a lot of things and had no way to launder the towels because they had locked the washer and dryer.
Second time we have stayed here and it is by far my favorite. It’s a bit out from down town but there is a wonderful little market right out side the gates. I love that they have 2 pools one fresh one salt.
Clean, quiet, convenient, 2 miles to the Kona pier, and on the waterfront. However, management is tight with access and use of bedding and towels, and lack of parking in the secured area is limited and thus, problematic.

Property grounds are beautiful and well kept , pools were great , bbq area was nice , unit was clean but showing her age , could’ve used some bbq tongs , and a beach bag , but overall would stay here again
This property was exactly as it was advertised. I was nervous because it didn't have that many reviews, but everything went fine. I was concerned about parking due to the small lot and construction, but the complex seems to have worked out a deal with the adjoining shopping center and so parking was not a problem.
