It is an end unit and has windows in each room for view and cool breezes. There is a Master bedroom, a kitchen, living/ding area (with a sleeper sofa) lanai, and modern bath.
Fully equipped with full kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, dining area, and bedroom with queen bed. Nicely upgraded with new appliances, new cabinets, new flooring, remodeled bath, and freshly painted.
