Great hotel! Breakfast was not free ($19.99 per person) but had great variety. The hotel was very well maintained, had very friendly staff & rooms were comfortable. The food & service at the onsite bar & restaurant was also very good. On the whole, the bedt place to stay in downtown Kalamazoo.

Overnight parking in the parking ramp was $48. Absolutely crazy given what the room charge is. Street parking is limited and the vehicle isn’t safe. Tons of homeless people wondering around the area. The hotel is nice though.

While the location is good, we were disappointed with our recent stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable only to be outmatched by the tiny hard pillows. Both made sleeping difficult, only to be interrupted by continuous texts from the hotel starting in the morning. When we went to leave the elevator down button didn't work so we had to up to to go down. The parking garage didn't accept our key as payment so ended up paying additional for parking. For the price it was a disappointment.
