Room was clean and comfortable, but only two sets of towers and one set of shampoo and conditioner for the three of us. Room can use some updates and a fresh coat of paint. They put us in a room on the 3rd floor with no elevators made it very hard for guests with large luggages. Especially for seniors.

The front desk staff were very nice, friendly, and professional — and I truly appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. I stayed in Room 217, where there were two large stains on the carpet, making the already old flooring look even dirtier. Overall, the room appeared poorly maintained. Additionally, I had specifically confirmed both pet-friendly accommodation and pool access before booking, but the swimming pool was out of order during my stay. I wish the hotel had disclosed this beforehand. It was quite disappointing to stay at Ramada Limited Merritt this time.

Filthy room with giant dust bunnies on the floor. Within 5 minutes of arriving my toddler found drugs on the floor which could have been really bad if I didn’t see. The pool was closed which is why we picked the hotel. The breakfast was disgusting- there were no forks and there was no “real food”.

Didn’t take my shoes off in the room. Towels were grey and very worn. Shower curtain was very dirty. Repairs are needed in the bathroom - rusty bolts on toilet (simple repairs that would add a lot to impression). I would not recommend this stay to anyone

This is a very old, tired and over-priced property. Ramada/Wyndham should be ashamed having this representing their brand! Would not recommend it to anyone. We were on the road and booked it quickly. Should have stopped for the night in Kamloops.

Room had only 1 available plug in and we have 5 devices that need overnight charging. One shampoo bottle of the 2 little ones was practically empty. Instructions from the desk clerk anout location of our room were lacking in needed detail, we had to go back and ask again after 10 minutes of searching couldn't find it. Included breakfast was good though the items could have been located in a more convenient order, seemed a bit haphazardly with no thought behind where they were set.
