The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The motel is a little dated but its clean and i felt safe. For the price i will definitely be staying on my next trip to Kansas City.

The staff was nice, but the shower didn't drain. The room looked run down. The beds, oh my goodness. The beds were horrendous. Every move you made sounded like you were breaking the bed. There was a hair in my sheets which really made me wonder if the bed was just made vs. sheets changed. The room smelt like smoke. The lobby a/c was broke and it smelt musty. The breakfast bar was was weak at best. Everything felt dirty.

Pretty good. Smoking room smells like pot though

I didn’t realize that a smoking room meant more than cigarettes would have been smoked in it, so I was unprepared for the strong smell of marijuana in the room. I do realize it’s MO, and legalized there, but being from out of state I wasn’t want too happy about the lingering smell.

Outdated and filthy rooms. Reserved 3 rooms. Absolutely the grossest rooms. Even the light switches were dirty. Moved a side table to look for an electrical outlet, dust, dirt and even food behind it. Outlets non-working. Didn’t even want to walk barefoot in the rooms.

There were stains in both the carpet and floor. Hair all over the bedding. 50% of the lights were broken. The shower also was broken. And there were bed bugs. And last but not least, they don’t dust the place. We had to change hotel rooms three times and none of them were good.
