The clerk couldnt check us in. She had to come back and get us later, when someone else could do it. Then they demanded another card to put on file, even though we had a card on file. They are renovating the room next door and its loud. We are leaving tonight and extremely dissatisfied

It was fine overall and the bed was comfy. The chair seems worn out but clean. There was a long black hair on the wall of the shower; oooh😬
