Great place to stay.

Outstanding service from all employees I met. Cert clean rooms, the entire facility was kept in great shape. Breakfast was on time, the meals were hot and the ladies serving meal were friendly, nice and welcoming.

Poor Customer Service

Customer service was terrible , had to wait for 1 hour to make sure room was clean and THEY TOOK FOREVER TO FIND MY RESERVATION! I will never return

The room door dead bolt lock wouldn’t lock. The tub did not have a drain plug. And…the room AC wouldn’t cooperate. I also received a separate $50 charge after the original room charge with no explanation. I understood that I had to leave a card on file for incidentals, but we didn’t have any additional room charges and no copy of my receipt. I would not stay there again. A room that was supposed to cost me $119 after taxes, ended up costing $169 because of the additional $50 unexplained charge. For that cost, I would have chosen another hotel that would have been cleaner and safer. Very disappointed!

DOUBLE CHARGED AND WILL NOT REFUND

Was double charged. On the second charge, was charged more and I keep getting transferred from automated service to automated service with no help. When I call the hotel directly they say they cannot help me and I need to call customer service, which is automated. Waste of time and worthless. Do not recommend, customer service is horrilbe.

Loved the fact that this was a pet friendly hotel, as well as close to a lot of the things we wanted to do during our stay. The continental breakfast was also very nice.

Location was convenient. Safe area. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only issues I had was that the person in the room next to us kept pushing the snooze on their alarm at 3AM and then had the tv on loud enough to keep us awake while the got ready to leave. The other issue was the parking area wasn't cleared of snow, but they had recently received an unusually large amount of snow, so that could have contributed to the issue.

Overall, property was clean and area was safe and nice. Plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance or a short drive. Easy access to interstate 70. Guests staying in the floor above us were a little noisy after quiet hours.

Understaffed, incorrect room

Definitely understaffed at the front desk. Was here for a large tournament with most hotels in the area booked completely. One person at the front desk was not enough to keep up with check ins. I reserved a two queen room and was given a room with a bed and a pull-out couch and I wasn't even the only one on our team that was given the wrong room type. I was supposed to talk to a manager who was mysteriously never on site and still hasn't called or emailed me to discuss the room issues.
