Nice stay but no parking

Construction had most of it blocked off. We had to park two blocks away in a public parking garage and walk to hotel. Not the hotels fault but was a pain.

The food options and the quality of the food were very lacking for the price that you pay for staying at a Marriott. One of the lights in our room flickered anytime you try to turn it on and was annoying. Other than that, the room was nice.

We chose this location since it was supposed to be connected to the convention center. I tried calling multiple times to confirm this but was never able to get through. Upon arrival we were notified that it was not connected. Please contact me to discuss further. The person who took room service orders was completely rude and unprofessional. (The QR code to order online did not work). We used valet- the QR code did not work.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the KC Marriott Downtown. This was my second stay, and I will definitely keep coming back! They have a beautiful lobby and nice restaurant/bar area. The location makes it easy to walk over to the KC Live area in the Power & Light District with some great dining options. It really is a great hotel!
