Booking was cancelled just prior to check-in by the hotel. No reason given.
The property was well maintained with helpful and attentive front desk staff. Getting to the property was inconvenient due to construction on the main road
Our room was clean and comfortable. When we checked in staff said breakfast was served 6:30-9:30. At 8:45 the next morning, what we found to be true is that breakfast is put out at 6:30 and will be cleaned up at 9:30. When the food is gone, it is not replenished as explained by the staff.

HORRIBLE.
Person at front desk was absolutely horrible, had the worst attitude and treated me and my family with straight disrespect.
Not great or terrible, room was good, hallway carpet in front of our door was stained and looked terrible, shower water pressure was not good at all. Like I said, it was fine, it served its purpose.

The front desk rep was sloven and unprofessional. She didn't look up when I came in and had very little to say beyond the check-in process. The bananas in the breakfast bar were completely rotten.
Maybe it's due to new management, but the property has gone downhill over the past year. The carpet in the hallways is worn. The room itself was adequate and the pillows are great. The water pressure was very good.
Everything was fine and clean. One day around 10am we got a call because our daughter was I guess walking too loud and jumping around excited to go to worlds of fun. People under us worked overnight I suggest to them maybe make sure u get the top floor next time to avoid this.
Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We've tried several hotels in the area, and for the price, this was fantastic! We spoke with 2 different ladies at the front, and they were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The room was nice, and the towels were soft. We would absolutely book this hotel again!
They overcharged me, won’t reply to messages, and told Expedia “no, we didn’t overcharge.” So I’ve sent them all screenshots 3 times showing my reservation price vs my credit card charges. Super fun!
