Being that it is in a residential area it was a bit noisy but overall it was like something right out of a Hallmark Christmas movie. Charles and Amy were wonderful and breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend this place. Hope to visit again.

We had such a pleasant stay at this b+b. Melanie was the sweetest and most welcoming host. We stayed in the beach cottage which offered free Netflix, a small kitchenette, front porch, and complimentary snacks and drinks. Breakfast was delicious. Only a quick drive to Independence's town square (highly recommend Ophelia's for dinner!). I would return to this b+b again and again!

The property owner & location are what made our stay FANTASTIC! You couldn’t get a better location for Arrowhead Stadium. Great casinos nearby as well. Our cottage was cozy & quaint. Window unit a/c didn’t get the air to the bedroom but waking up sweaty was absolutely worth the other conveniences!
