It's a pleasant night but when we first got there we saw that the hotel was in renovation . A little scary but inside was fine and acceptable clean for the occasion. They should advertise that situation in Expedia.

Airport service could run 24 hours or at least until midnight. instead it’s 4am to 11pm, construction throughout the entire hotel, the pool and hot tub were out of service. This all should’ve been mentioned in the Expedia booking notes. No discounts given, no early check-in offered without paying a fee - these should’ve been honored since the condition was not as expected.

The property is under construction. We had scaffolding right outside of our window. The staff is rude and doesn’t seem to care. Their philosophy is, “if you don’t see it, we don’t have it”, the toilet screamed LOUDLY, with every flush. There were no liners in the garbage cans. There was no microwave in our room, we had to ask to have one delivered. The “construction” seems like a hazard, with visible exposed materials. The pool and jacuzzi were supposedly working, but our key didn’t work. A worker walked us down the long way of this strangely configured hotel and he let us in with his magical “key”, only to find the jacuzzi cloudy, wet towels and wet footprints, yet our key card still didn’t work after we felt unsafe swimming in those waters. Some other guest told us that the place had been sold, they were getting rid of the pool and jacuzzi and turning it into a business hotel. There was also no breakfast. I would avoid this place even after the construction is done. The parking lot is a mess. What hotel has a 4pm check in time! This place is the worst, and this is our second stay, and the first was rife with problems also.

Good and Frustrating: 1. Good: spacious clean room with very comfy bed and pillows. 2. Frustrating: BEWARE there's NO shuttle past 11 pm. We didn’t realize that and it cost us $28 Lyft from the airport. There's NO breakfast included. $10 for boxed bkfst - we passed. NOTE: If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is just that.

Room was ok once we got into the room. Took almost 30 minutes and carrying all our luggage up and down the floors due to a broken lock that maintenance knew about. Wasn’t aware it was under construction when I booked and they were scraping and moving scaffolding around making it hard to get in building.

The room was nice and spacious, which was so nice for me, my bf and our two girls. The hotel was super nice and all the front desk people I interacted with were super nice and friendly. Also Waffle House and Wendy’s were right by the hotel so didn’t have to go far for food.
