Loved the bikes and the access to the Kapaa oceanfront trail. Booked a Garden View room (instead of the Standard) but unfortunately our room faced a stucco wall and outdoor staircase. Not what we were expecting. Parking after 6pm was almost non-existent as was soundproofing in the room. A gap under the door and thin walls made for a noisy room. With people coming and going late at night and early in the morning, it was far from relaxing. The staff was helpful with a special request for a kettle for our room. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.

Omg this place is amazing! Clean, beautiful, and modern decor. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They even have a number that texts you to welcome you and is available for any question, anytime. Free parking is a huge plus. Lava Lava beach club on site which is convienent but also located RIGHT beside a small, quiet shopping plaza with 3/4 restaurants to choose from. I also really enjoyed the complimentary bike rentals each day. 10/10

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! There are so many amenities and you have beach access where you can hang out or do morning yoga. Staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll be back next year!
