My reservation included pool View and upgrade if available. On check in I got a room overlooking the parking and was offered to pay $40 to upgrade to sea view. It was reduced to $20/day after showing my reservation. On one of the days our room wasn't done claiming that something was left on the bed which was not so. In general the cleaning was full they failed to clean the shower door or replace the bag for the Ice Cube. On the other hand for family this might be a nice hotel they have a nice laundry, parking is complementary and there is a good access to the sea and shopping mall.

Wonderful stay and decent size room. We could easily fit our pack n play and still had room. Great pool options and love being able to walk along the beach. Nice restaurant and found a plaza with food and shops within walking distance. Appreciated the water refill stations and the lobby staff was amazing at check in. Would stay again. Only thing is there are no elevators to get to the second floor just fyi.

That hotel is amazing and right on the beach !!! Everything is beautiful and location is perfect !!! Hotel staff very friendly, room was clean, we didn’t had any issues with parking. Restaurant on the beach was amazing and we loved live music every night !!!

Room was nicely remodeled. The view was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful. The location is excellent with easy access to airport and all areas of the island. The one drawback is the tight parking spots.

Was a fantastic week. tons of menu options at the restaurant and every single thing I ate was great. It was also convenient for seeing a lot of the island. The staff was very friendly and everyone was nice. The beach was accessible and had some decent snorkeling

My trip was short but I really enjoyed staying at Kauai Shores Hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. It is located by the ocean and the views were beautiful. I also like that they offered complementary yoga classes and bikes.

The location of this property is great. Easy to get to the north or south parts of the island. The front desk staff is incredibly nice. Parking can be tricky but the complimentary valet is nice. We did have an issue with the room service. Our room was not cleaned once the entire time we were there, and we only had the garbage dumped once. Unfortunately, the time they did dump the garbage and swap towels, the room service staff did not close our door all the way when they were done. Our room had the door cracked open for the entire day while we were out exploring the island. When we returned, we noticed that nothing was missing, but it was still a concerning experience. Utilize the safe in the room for smaller valuables.
