"Alpenhaus Kaprun is a fabulous hotel - great location for ski lifts and shops, very comfortable and spacious rooms, really great food (we were half board) and super friendly and accommodating staff. If we come back to Kaprun in winter (or summer) we will certainly stay here again. Huge thanks to the whole team at Alpenhaus."

"From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. The excellent food was a culinary delight every single day, with a variety that consistently impressed us. The good customer service truly made our stay exceptional; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The hotel boasts some of the best facilities I have ever visited. We stayed in a beautiful, well-appointed room that was both comfortable and stylish. The amenities are top-notch, including:
Tanning areas perfect for soaking up the sun.
A relaxing spa that offered a tranquil retreat.
Atmospheric swimming pools that were clean and beautifully designed.
Overall, this hotel is worth every single cent. It truly is a magical place that we can't wait to visit again."
