It was the side building, not the beautiful main building, you need to cross the bridge to access the main building for facilities and breakfast. The building was a bit old and some noise from the air con. Overall was good.

We went to the hotel thanks to his acquaintances in the Czech Republic. But the accommodation in one of the best rooms in the main building was terrible. The room was very shabby, old, damaged and cheaply furnished, mini shower room for men. Sleeping was so bad and uncomfortable that we left a day earlier. We discussed the situation with the reception and they did not do anything to accommodate us. We had very uncomfortable pillows, the hotel supposedly offers a pillow menu, but we were not offered that. We complained after departure to the director, but he only got back to us with a delay without proposing a solution. The only thing that was okay was the helpful maid, who at least covered the small postman from the sofa for us. The service at the bar and in the restaurant was also nice, but not the arrogant manager. Our complaint was not resolved even after many weeks, the hotel does not respond. If they respond, I will update this feedback, but according to the negotiations, I do not recommend it. It is a waste of money for the ignorance at the reception and a bad room that deserves a general renovation. I am attaching a few photos from the areas where we stayed and walked around. We never left our stay early, we were so tired that we did it and everyone in the hotel didn't care at all.
