Inviting cottage by the beach with a lake view
This holiday home is beautiful and cosy. When you arrive at the house, you are greeted by art and sculpture - there are a total of 25 pieces of stone art. The next thing that meets you is that the house is on a corner plot with a view of a small lake and with a view of a quiet road, with lively traffic of bathers either on their way to the beach or home from it.
The house is bright and friendly, and there are cozy corners and deck chairs, a closed and private terrace and an indoor and outdoor kitchen.
The home is furnished with two bedrooms with a double bed in each. In addition, there is a 5th sleeping place on the sofa bed in the living room. A total capacity of 5 people.
The indoor kitchen is equipped with modern white goods and equipment for daily cooking. The outdoor kitchen is a grill, where it is quick and easy to prepare healthy meals.
The bathroom is newly renovated and has a 60 liter hot water tank, so you won't run out of hot water.
The heat sources are a wood-burning stove and fan heater, which are easy to adjust.
The private terrace is partially covered, and it is possible to close the covered terrace completely if the weather is on the cold side.
The beach is 300 meters from the house - white and child-friendly beach with a small jetty. The depth increases very slowly, so the beach is child-friendly. There is plenty of space and the beach stretches over a kilometer.
There is 500 meters to the nearest grocery store, which has all daily product groups. On Enø there is a baker, a butcher and 3 fishmongers.
There is a lot of street food, which can vary throughout the season.
There is a bridge between Karrebæksminde and Enø - the bridge is called Græshoppebroen. There is a route boat "Friheden" between Næstved and Enø - an absolutely wonderful trip to take in the Suså Canal. In addition to scheduled shipping, there are several cargo ships that pass the bridge daily. It's really nice.
There are 4 large marinas where there is plenty of life and activity throughout the season. Note: Not for commercial rental.
