The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable, but the location was inconvenient. Public transport is limited, and the surrounding streets are poorly lit at night, making walking feel unsafe. The staff were polite, but the lack of nearby convenience and the dark, quiet streets after dark were major drawbacks. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the location and lighting issues made it less enjoyable.

The room was tiny but comfy. I couldn't sleep the first night due to a water-leak sound from the AC, but they were happy to switch my room the next day, which was great. The desk was small, but the tub was big enough to relax in. I didn't get the breakfast buffet as the photos didn't look appetizing and it felt a bit expensive. Plus, waffles for breakfast aren't really my thing—a bit too unhealthy for me. Loved the free coffee anytime! The staff were all very nice. The washer and dryer were also reliable even after four uses.

Just like its name, very comfortable. Especially its bed. There is a loft bed over standard double bed. That is perfect for us. Me and my ten-year-old child could use the double bed and my husband uses the loft bed. I will stay there again if we go there again.

The property is located in the silent place. But the property is far from Karuizawa station and there is not restaurants near the property so if you stay here, you need to eat the dinner near the station. And around this property, the street lights are few so the area is dark and danger to walk around here in the midnight.

トイレに入った瞬間、トイレ臭く、便器の黒ずみも見えて、汚くて警戒して使ってました。 また部屋がホコリがあり、コップ、ケトルもホコリがあって掃除が非常に汚いと感じました。 またタオルに髪の毛、バスタブにも髪の毛がありました。 あの普通な値段ですが、掃除は最低必要なことと思います。
