This huge holiday home offers a unique opportunity to enjoy time with family and friends. With space for up to 24 people, this house is ideal for large groups who want to spend unforgettable moments together. The spacious plot of 20,000 square meters provides plenty of outdoor space for play, relaxation and activities.
There is a large forest around the house, this must NOT be used, as it is used for hunting and is monitored - you can instead go to the large, beautiful Kompedal plantation, where there is ample opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Note that youth groups are also not allowed.
The pool house, which was renovated in 2015, has a total house area of 444 square meters, you will find all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. There are a total of 8 bedrooms: Five rooms are equipped with double beds, three rooms with a double bed and two bunk beds in each, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room, ensuring that everyone gets a good night's sleep.
There are 3 bathrooms in the house, equipped with a toilet and shower, so there is never a wait, even when everyone has to get ready for the day's activities. For the little ones, there is also a cot and a high chair available. The house allows pets, so you can bring your four-legged friend along with you.
For those who love to swim and play, there is a fantastic indoor pool with a water slide, which is sure to be a hit with the kids. The pool area also includes a shower for easy cleaning after fun times in the water. If you want to relax, you can enjoy a relaxing moment in the indoor spa, which can accommodate up to 7 people, or enjoy the warmth of the sauna.
The activity room is full of entertainment, including pool/billiards and table tennis, so there is plenty of opportunity to challenge each other in different games. Outside, you can find swings, a slide, sandbox and trampoline, making the garden a paradise for children. There is also a a beach volleyball court and a football goal for those who want to play sports.
