Check in was seamless, staff was great and informative. Our room was the 3 queen bed that had the upstair loft. This was perfect for a girls weekend! Lots of space. Mini kitchen, only downside was we had to share one bathroom. Stayed over the weekend, felt safe, there was secure around, and was quiet our whole stay. The continental breakfast was simple, but did the trick. I would 100% stay here again especially in the group suites because the price was right. The location was great and it was clean.

Expedia should share the blame and problems. Advertised as a "Queen bed" NOT. A/C Unit blows air into an old couch. No A/C in bedroom. Carpet tiles throughout not clean. Tub spout broken and the second entrance to the unit had no manual security hasp. Unit looked nothing like pictures on Expedia site. This means you cannot depend on Expedia.

I had a problem with the check in. They told ME I have no reservation with them eventho I showed them MY BOOKING NuMBER and MY RECEIPT!!! The staff was mean to ME. AT FIRST I was really patient to them and waited for them to figure I out my reservation. THE FRONTDESK was not Accommodating at all! GOOD THING i talked to the Manager and figured things out. I HAVE NEVER HAVE PROBLEM WITH EXPEDIA BEFORE. I DONT MIND TO WAIT BUT AT LEAST PLEASE BE NICE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
