Hotel staff was great .The room was as far away from the front desk and entrance as possible. I wonder if this is the Expedia block of rooms. It was really small ground level with a thin window that didn't have a lock so could be opened from the outside though only about 3 inches until it hit the slide locks. The window opened to the back alley. I know the hotel was not booked up at all so not sure why we got this room. The hot tub was closed for renos though that was not mentioned when booking online.

The room was disgusting. Spots of mould everywhere hasn’t been upgraded probably since the original build. Totally ruined our vacation in Kelowna.
