The unique thing I liked about the property was it was very quiet. I felt like I was in a tropical island, and I felt very safe and secure. The hotel staff were amazing. They wanted to make my the best possible stay they accommodated even when they didn’t need to which are appreciated very much. I would definitely go back.

The property is good, but the management is unfair. When booking in Expedia, the ad clearly stated the $50 resort fee was included in the quote, but the hotel insisted on collecting the fees even though I showed them proof of the ad. They stated I misunderstood what was written clearly in black and white. They chose to not honor the ad mistake and charged me although I never approved the charges at checkout.

The property is wonderful, pools and resturant are a huge plus. We had rain for most of our trip, so unable to use the outdoor amenities. Wish the resort fee was waived or lowered since unable use amenities. Resturant was very good, definitely would recommend a stay!

The property itself was nice and clean, and all around lovely. There were a lot of children there which is perfectly normal on vacation, but no private spaces for the adults to relax and unwind (like an adult only pool, for example). The pools were packed most of the time with kiddos, which meant they were diving in and splashing water over everyone trying to enjoy some peace. I think it is a great family place, but not so much for people trying to get some R&R. The food was fine at the onsite restaurant, but pricey for what it was, even in Key West. Not a bad stay overall, though!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! From check in to check out they make you feel special. So clean and decorated beautifully. The sheets feel like butter. We ate at the restaurant and everything was delicious! We ordered Caesar salads with the catch of the day. So fresh! The grounds are immaculate! We will definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful stay! The bathroom and bedroom was nice and I had fresh towels and clean sheets every night I returned to my room. My view from the resort was nice and noise was never an issue. I would deffinatley recommend oceans edge resort

I would say housekeeping wasn’t to good on top of a large fee they charge us at Check out it was about 265.00 they also charged us for parking which is also ridiculous so with that being said we will not be returning to this resort. We also ate at This restaurant which we don’t mind paying good money for food but it was just ok wayyyy to overpriced

The onsite marina & view of the ocean - outstanding. The property was well maintained, along with grounds and flora. The staff was friendly, upbeat & knowledgeable. Like the double entry to the rooms & they were very quiet - soundproofing. The in room fridge was too small & pointless.
