What hotel appearances is good. Problem are the sneaky sub hotel charges they have when you check out. They charge $52 resort fee per night because of all these amazing facilities listed in the description such as kayak, paddle board and biking. Hut the amenities are 9-4, with last entry 3pm. But the check in time is 4pm so first day by the time you check in you don’t have access to those high priced amenities. When I told the staff about it, they well there are other amenities like pool. So why charge so much if it’s just gonna be pool? Also when we went to ask for kayaking one day around 3:15pm they denied said next day, while another staff gave different information. The staff in the Tiki hut didn’t want to accommodate and didn’t seem excited about customer. It’s like they are not happy with their jobs. We paid so much for this hotel and although clean and all that it’s sneaky, not transparent with cost. Don’t buy food there expensive and also hVe layers of cost added to the bill. For example ordered 1 veggie omelette with home fries for room costed $39! Will absolutely never go there again. But gave 3 star because of the cleanliness and hotel appearance

Beautiful resort and a welcoming, very attentive staff. Lots of amenities, 6 pools, kayaking, bikes, free shuttle downtown. Wish there was an airport shuttle, but Ubers and taxis are available but not always reliable. Lots of air traffic from Naval training station.

The room was nice but the ac didn't work properly. The pools were clean and a lot of chairs to sit but there are no close bathrooms so you have to walk all the way back to your room. There is not a swim up bar but there is pool service from the restaurant but not ideal, bring your own.

The staff was courteous. The room was beautiful n spotless. But the refrigerators weren't working correctly n my food that I brought was spoiled. Ms. Gwendolyn, provided excellent service and Ms. Sophia, provided discount for my stayed. Also the showers needs to be repaired, it leaked when taking showers. Water was all over the floors, so we put towels on the floor to soak up the water. *At the restaurant Alex was an awesome server, highly recommend him*.
