"Stunning location with wonderful staff and service. The beach is tranquil with fantastic views of Spinalonga and the perfect place to relax. All of the staff go out of their way to help you have the perfect holiday. Only feedback would be to bring your own or buy tennis balls if you play as the balls from the hotel either get taken / lost ... with the balls left being too bad to play. Also... we did a photo shoot with the inhouse photographer... which was amazing! Her shop is downstairs in the basement and very easy to miss if you dont happen to go to the spa! Would be lovely to have this advertised!
Otherwise... the PERFECT holiday. Massive thank you to all of the staff."
