1010 Thrasher Ct, lovingly known as The Surf Shack, is a charming cottage situated in one of the best locations on the Island and is a favorite spot to many vacationers. The cottage has been completely renovated down to the studs and re-designed by the homeowner to take advantage of the view (partial ocean view from the porch plus situated on a lush lagoon), the cottage is the culmination of worldly travels so no matter where you are from you will feel right at home here! Watch the shrimp boats trolling the coast from the outdoor dining table while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening sunset cocktail. It has 180 degree views of the lagoon as well which has an abundance of wildlife. It is located in the popular Sparrow Pond community and close to all of Kiawah's amenities as well as Freshfields Village. Easily walk to the pool and beach, the access is nearby! This gorgeous cottage offers upscale furnishings with all white floors, shiplap walls, and a great outdoor space with outdoor kitchen. The owner has added some nice touches such as the custom ping pong table outside as well as two outdoor showers. It also boasts newly renovated kitchen and baths, Wi-Fi internet, and top of the line appliances throughout. There are four bedrooms with plenty of room, and 4 bathrooms that all have had a full renovation and have a spa like feel. Full sized washer and dryer.

The first of two masters with king beds, the main master bedroom has access to the deck and outdoor shower. The second master offers amazing views. There is a third bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath as well. The bunk room suite (queen on the bottom, twin bed overtop) is the perfect spot for a young family. Each bedroom has an adjoining bath for added privacy.

Take a short five minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand. Enjoy neighborhood community pool (available seasonally, mid April to mid Oct typically) at the end of your day on the beach or at one of the many golf courses. The house does have a Tesla multi-charger available for your use.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No access available for resort pools or fitness center.
If you have the time, make a short trip (35 Minutes) to Charleston America's most charming southern City. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
