Lovely holiday home with a view of the water

Beautifully located, bright summer house with a view of the water, containing three bedrooms and an open kitchen-living area where the family can gather during the holiday. From here, access to a secluded garden, perfect for light ball games or other garden activities.



The house has three bedrooms: two rooms with double beds and a third room with two single beds (children's beds, which are slightly narrower).



The summer house includes a converted garage now used as a laundry room with an extra toilet. It also contains table football, garden cushions, and a sun umbrella. A perfect spot for children if the adults prefer not to listen to the noise from the table football.



A CONDITION FOR RENTING THE SUMMER HOUSE IS THE USE OF BED LINEN, EITHER BY PURCHASING A LINEN PACKAGE OR BRINGING YOUR OWN. OTHERWISE, EXPECT HIGHER FINAL COSTS.



Walking and cycling trips! The surrounding areas offer beautiful nature with the fjord as the center and a rich birdlife, often featuring geese flying overhead in flocks. A walk in the area offers the opportunity to visit the fjord or perhaps Gershøj or Holtensminde.



Short drive! Kulhuse and Jægerspris (famous for ice cream) with the beautiful Jægerspris Castle, home to some of Denmark's oldest oak trees, Selsø and Selsø Castle, Munkholmbroen (also famous for ice cream) with its stunning surroundings, Skjoldungernes Land National Park, Holbæk, and Roskilde can all be reached within 25 km.



A day trip to Orø is possible by driving to Hammer Bakke, where you can take the cable ferry to Orø, and the island can be toured relatively quickly by car. Here you will find an inn and a small zoo.



Copenhagen can be reached in 45 minutes. Several golf courses are located within 20 km.
