Haben das Hostel zwei Mal für 1 Nacht genutzt. Erstes Zimmer mit Etagenbetten mit Tisch und Stühlen - Platzangebot okay. Zweites Zimmer Mit 2 Einzelbetten mit gutem Schlafkomfort, dafür ohne Sitzgelegenheit. Besonders Bettwäsche sehr sauber und angenehm. Insgesamt in Ordnung. Wer abends im angeschlossenen Restaurant essen will, sollte beim Einchecken Sofort reservieren. Frühstücksbüffet Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut -Auswahl und Qualität überdurchschnittlich.

Not what we expected.

Pros: The location is good, close to the city center. Free parking was available close to the entrance.
Cons: Some info the room would be nice (such as basic info about breakfast and check-out times etc.). Only one shower in the shared bathroom was a joke.
For some reason there was a lot of incomplete/missing/misleading information related to this booking. Reading the reviews of others, I noticed this is not unique. It would be a good idea to work out better descriptions of the room types and facilities included in each. I can take it that an "economy hotel room" was a hostel room in the basement, with shared bathroom (though not separately mentioned) and no other furniture but the squeaky Ikea beds. But it was not what I expected. What makes me write this review was the breakfast: I had clearly selected an option with breakfast included in the room rate. This was explicitly stated in my booking confirmation/itinerary. After checking in, this was denied. I had a call to ebookers customer service (first time ever) to confirm that breakfast is included in my (pre-paid) booking. Still, in the morning when going for breakfast, it was again claimed that it is not included in the price! Go figure. After a long conversation we got our breakfast, but I was left with a feeling that I was responsible for any misunderstanding. I disagree. If there is anything unclear between the hotel and the booking agent (ebookers in this case) about included amenities etc., it is completely uninteresting to me as a customer.

Hello Im sorry about the information. We can not change the names on the hostel rooms. Its expedia that choose the names. I promise you that we have tried to get them to change it. Also sorry for the breakfast. We did not know that they sell the breakfast and they should not do that, thats something we sell here on the hotel and thats why the staff did not know anything about it.

Für eine Nacht völlig ok

Für längerer Aufenthalt nicht geeignet. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und bietet keinen Stauraum. Die öffentlichen WCs und Duschen sind etwas heruntergekommen. Das ganze Hostel stinkt nach Fisch, auch nach drei Aufenthaltstagen.
