Only needed one bed, and second bed had stained comforter on it, and stained pillow cases on the other. Pizza box left in stairwell. No remote control in the room. When I did get one, the battery was weak so couldn't change stations easily.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Cleaning staff told us it was chemicals from the maintenance crew. They did not offer to switch us to a different room. The Breakfast was horrible. Food was cold and there was no meat, and no butter for toast. Apparently they had the same issue the day before as well. Their explanation was that they were waiting for their food order. That shouldn't matter. We paid for a room that included a full breakfast. There's a grocery store up the street where they can buy supplies. I would never stay here again.

Breakfast not good

Staircase sticky and dirty. Eggs where gross and still frozen (the whole tray). Bacon was under cooked and bunched together. Some would be cooked but most of it wasn’t. Only put one yogurt in the fridge at a time. Watch a staff member drop a whole box of blueberry jam on the floor and then just put it out onto the tables. Gross
