The smell and state of the property was terrible. We only stayed for 10 minutes, we walked into our room and felt like our throat was closing, and couldn’t breathe. Definitely not suitable for anybody with allergies, it was absolutely disgusting. The quality of the hotel is completely misrepresented in The profile on Expedia. It looks nothing like the pictures.

Not bad. Staff was friendly. Pillows were absolutely horrible. The water pressure was not great. We had no do not disturb sign and housekeeping knocked, even though we were going to be checking out.

Pros: nice staff and we were able to get a late check out Cons: there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the "white" towels were so yellow and old we did not use them. The toilet paper holder is fixed to the sink area in an inconvenient spot that you hit your arm on it every time you need to use it. The lighting in the room is very dark making it hard to get ready in the morning.

A great place to stay.. a clean and convenient location. Free parking, fabulous breakfast included, and the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant!

I do not recommend this property and will never stay there again when in the area. Our first night there, the power went off for over 6 hours, only in the property and not the surrounding area. There are no security lights in or around the property. Staff were walking around with their phones as flashlights when we came back that evening, and there was no communication about the power outage. The hotel refused to provide any compensation. The bathroom door and floor were stained / dirty from poor cleaning and high traffic. Additionally the towels were replaced and they were soiled - there were visible makeup stains. The beds in the room were some of the most uncomfortable and worn in hotel beds my sister and I had ever seen and slept in. They sagged and were uncomfortable. The staff wasn't friendly at check in. I walked in after 9pm, and the person working the front desk was eating in the unlit dining area. I waited at the desk for several minutes; the woman came over, and with the bare minimum interaction checked me in. At the back of the property, there is a barbecue area - when we drove by, there was trash on the lawn.

No elevator to second floor

It was ok. No elevator for second floor guests. Was clean in appearance but all the doors on edges were dirty. The staff sat there while you ate your breakfast, which i found intrusive. Would i book for more then a 1 night or again? Probably not!
