Convenient house with very lovely view

Simple but efficient place, nothing is missing. The view is indeed very nice. We regreted a non fluid communication with the renting agency concerning the equipments provided. Moreover, the outdoor surroundings of the house could have been arranged.

Die Umgebung bietet eine breite Vielfalt an Aktivitäten und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Beste Voraussetzungen für Erholung pur!Leider waren Kühlschrank, Toilette, Böden und Sofa nicht vollständig sauber, was auch trotz einiger zugedrückter Augen nicht zu übersehen war. Es wäre auch angemessen, wenn das Holz für Feuerstelle und Ofen bei diesem Preis inbegriffen und frei zugänglich wäre. Beides ließe sich schnell beheben. Für alle, die sich daran nicht stören, ist dieses Haus sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage und einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit guten Matratzen. Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten mit der Wärmepumpe und dem Warmwasserboiler. Leider gab es keine Anleitung dazu.

Herausragende Lage mit wunderbarem Panoramablick auf das Meer. Geräumige Wohnung. Große Terrasse. Sehr gute Ausstattung in Bad und Küche. Heizung und Warmwasser funktionieren sehr gut. Fußbodenheizung angenehm, besonders im Bad. Check-in mit Schlüsselbox und per SMS/Mail übermittelter PIN hat gut funktioniert. Das Abholen und Zurückbringen der Bettwäsche von/an einer anderen Adresse ist nicht komfortabel hat aber gut funktioniert.Bei Ankunftg fehlten wichtige Erstinformationen zur Nutzung des Hauses. Vorhandene Anleitunge lagen verstreut herum. Wir entdeckten sie erst nach und nach:-Hinweis auf Sicherungen im Schuppen, mit denen der Strom im Haus eingeschaltet werden muss,- Backofen funktioniert nur, wenn Uhrzeit am Herd eingestellt bzw. fixiert wird,- Einschalter für Heizkörper versteckt angebracht.Wir mussten über die Hotline von Novasol einen lokalen Mitarbeiter heranbitten, der aber zum Glück schnell kam (kühles Wetter amAnkunftstag).-der an die Terrasse angrenzende Garten ist nicht nutzbar, weil total überwuchert, ebenso sind Mülltonnenplatz und Briefkasten fast zugewachsen,- Briefkasten war wichtig, weil darin eine Mitteilung des lokalen Versorgers über ein Stromabschaltung für 18.06. 09:00 - 13:00 Uhr lag, die wir zu spät entdeckten. In diesem Zeitraum kein Strom und auch kein Wasser. Völlig überraschend für uns.- Bewuchs unter der Terrasse wächst immer wieder durch die Ritzen nach oben. Ist nicht gepflegt.-Außenbeleuchtung Terrrasse vorn funktioniert nicht- Die Lampen im Wohnzimmer sind zu schwach für entspanntes Lesen- Im Bad ist eine Deckenlampe ausgefallen

Mooi uitzicht maar woning gedateerd

De woning biedt een prachtig uitzicht over de baai, dat klopt met de beschrijving. Bij aankomst voelde het huis niet schoon, afzuigkap was vet, net als de bovenkant magnetron. In een lade lagen meelresten en kruimels. Onderdelen van de woning zijn gedateerd, keukenkastjes hier en daar beschadigd, balken verrot, tuin rondom het huis verwaarloosd, hoog helmgras. In het dak huizen 1 of meerdere marters, die hoor je doorlopend rondscharrelen en de urine loopt via de balken naar beneden. De woning is echt aan een opknapbeurt toe.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir haben den grandiosen Blick auf die sich täglich anders zeigende Ostsee genossen. Die Lage, für interessante Bike Touren, war für uns perfekt. Wir haben ein sauberes Haus vorgefunden und bei der Ausstattung nichts vermisst. Allerdings ist App für das Deutsche Fernsehen ist nervig. Mein Tipp wäre Laptop sowie HDMI oder USB Kabel mitnehmen, an den Fernseher anschließen und die volle Auswahl an Programmen über WLAN nutzen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Haus genossen und empfehlen es weiter.

Herrliche Aussicht

Sehr ruhiggelegenes Haus mit einer grandiosen Aussicht und großer Terrasse. Wer nicht ganz schnell am Strand sein muss, ist hier richtig. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, viel Platz für uns - wir waren zu zweit. Große Familien werden vielleicht eine zweite Toilette vermissen. Für uns war es perfekt.
