So so.

We were staying on hillside. The room was good. Cleanliness in hotel overall was good. Swimming pools were kept tidy. Internet in hotel was very poor and most of the times did not work at all. Hillside reception staff was extremely unprofessional. When we arrived, tap in the bathroom was leaking on the floor, it was very dangerous as it made tiles very slippy. Reported this to reception every day, eventually after 4 days they sent real plumber and the problem was solved. At the end of our holiday, we wanted to book a transfer from hotel to Trat airport, the manageress at reception requested to provide her our previous flight's boarding passes (obviously, we threw them out as they were no longer needed). When she found out that we do not have them, she refused to help us out and told us to go somewhere else, despite that we provided her flight tickets. So after this we went to Bangkok Airways office and transfer was arranged in 3 minutes. The day before our check out we went to reception to find out how much will it cost us to stay extra 3 hours in the room. Staff member said it will cost us 200 BHT an hour. When we came next day to pay that money, we found out that price jumped up to 300 BHT an hour. So instead of 3 hours, we took only 2. Phone did not work in our room. Reported to reception, they said that they are aware of it and that's it- nothing will be changed.

Die direkte Strandlage des Hotels ist sehr schön, allerdings sind die Zimmer auf der Strandseite leider schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen

Rien d exceptionnel

Je ne conseillerais pas cet hôtel trop cher par rapport à ce qu'il offre chambre mal placée aucune connections wifi traverser la route pour aller dejeuner .

Traumhotel

Insgesamt hat das Hotel einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen: Vor allem das Frühstücksbüffet, das eine sehr große Auswahl bot. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns nur das Personal an der Rezeption, das in unserer Anwesenheit ständig Thai gesprochen hat, obwohl es um unsere Angelegenheit ging und in manchen Fällen noch nicht einmal ein Gruß erwiderte. Aber ansonsten gibt es an diesem Hotel wirklich überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

very good

Pool area and location super, very nice large breakfast, room also good, little old fashioned though, air condition shut down when lights went off so during night you could not have air cond. , wifi ok, sometimes did not work. Service good, all noices from street could hear to room (seaside building deluxe room), the door was only thin wooden. Overall good stay.
