Very clean but lack of the facilities they say they have pool area not functioning and derelict and seriously needs a refurb, bedrooms are tired and the room service doesn’t always answer but the staff are helpful and friendly and the place is clean breakfast is also good xx. More attention should be given to indicate the often difficult trek up and down from your accommodation to the ground level. If you have any mobility issues it is quite a challenge to access above the 3 rd level of cottages. Loved the location and the beach. For a quieter stay and less crowds this area is great on PhiPhi Don

We checked in early and received an upgraded room on the beach. Private beach and view was phenomenal! All staff was very courteous and the rooms were comfortable and very nice!
