Very convenient located hotel. We've stayed only for one night and only thing we would like to improve is the bed that we were sleeping. Felt the mattress/bed was slightly tilted and leaning more towards one side.

Good hotel at a fair price

We like our stay at Brenza Hotel. The road work around the hotel makes it harder to get to the different trains. They closed the nearest crosswalk to the train station. Every else is great. Lawsons is just 1 minute away .JR station is 10 to 15 mins. Hanshin rail is the hardest to get to. I would stay there next time in Kobe.

The staff were very friendly. Even with limited English, they tried the best in helping. I had an issue with another upcoming accommodation, the receptionist helped me call to secure my reservation. The location was perfect. Close to the station, shopping and eatery.
