Lovely hotel and our room had great views over the harbour. Only 5 minute walk to Chinatown and shopping areas. Port and City loop buses stop right outside hotel and give easy access to Various areas and to Shin-Kobe station for Nunobiki Falls and herb garden which are well worth a visit. Only slight downside was the elevated roadways near the hotel.

The hotel rooms were a great size for Japan and we were glad we chose to have the breakfast included. There was a language barrier but the staff did their best to help us. The free shuttle to Sannomiya station was really helpful and we used it several times

Staff at the hotel were so kind and attentive. Helped us with wheel chair rental and taxi reservation to the airport. Coin laundry was so helpful. Our room was always kept clean. Stayed in room 1517 and the view from the window was amazing!. We had breakfast buffet for 6 mornings at Ariake. Never get tired of the food, especially the French toast! We would definitely come back to stay at Okura. Thank you,

Love this hotel as it is walkable to the main food street and also near the harbour. We drove and the only down side is the parking is chargable. The room size is good and i took the view of the harbour.

Very clean and welcoming. A close walk to either Motomachi or Sannomiya stations, with the hotel even providing a shuttle to and from the station (though I did not use the service). Meriken Park is right behind the hotel, along with Harborland, which had plenty of food and shopping. We had a beautiful view of the water and city, having stayed on the 24th floor.
