The rooms and hotel are lovely. The staff were very nice and attentive. The only issue is that reception is not manned a lot of the time. So if you can't get into your room or lose your key your have to ring a number, which can be time-consuming

Cute older hotel. The reception/dining/bar area is updated open and clean. Plenty of sitting either indoors or outdoors. Not 24/7 hotel service not much info on when breakfast hours are served and bar open or closes. Overall my stay was nice due to convenient access to the grocery store which is right across the street. Shopping stores and restaurants are within a 10 min walking distance! Most of the staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. Thank you!

Hello ! What a horrible bathroom with the toilet all Brown around the Bowl. A plastic shower curtain with all dirt on the end. I cannot understand How Hotels.Com could pass this dirty bathroom you should be ashamed!!

Breakfast is a big no.

Worn down hotel, self check in. Plastic drapery in the shower as well as plastic curtains for windows. Not an hotel where you feel like staying. Anyhow if you are out of options, it works for a night. whatever you do. Stay away from the breakfast that is more sad than the room itself. Just go over the street and buy a yoghurt at netto and you will not feel deceived.

The hotel was ok. I must admit my disappointment when you spend money they don’t even fill or check the soap dispenser in the shower! I had to lean out of the shower to get gel next to the sink. And if you are going to forget to fill the shower gel inside the shower, at least put the sink soap dispenser closer to the shower. I had to lean out to get it and could have fell over reaching! Also, give an extra towel for a floor mat. Again, the floor gets slippery and could have slipped and fell stepping out!

Complicated check-in that was not mentioned when booking. After 30 minutes of waiting on the phone, I finally got a hold of someone who could help me check in, get a key and get into the hotel. Very cumbersome. The entrance to the hotel was nice and fairly newly renovated. But the room was a disaster. Old, worn, outdated and unhygienic. No ventilation at all. The air was stagnant. Woke up with a headache. Worn furniture. The bathroom was moldy. The pressure in the shower was a disaster. There was barely any water at all. Old electrical outlets everywhere so I couldn't charge my mobile phone. Expensive hotel considering the standard and the fact that the check-in system was completely unacceptable brings this hotel down that I will not choose again.

Alting starter med et førstegangsindtrykket når man træder ind i receptionen. Her blev vi mødt med meget imødekommende personale der var smilende. Meget minimalistisk og rent på værelset. Morgenmaden var udmærket uden at være for vulgær. Det eneste minus var at æggene var rå og at man selv skulle koge dem. Udvalget af tv-kanaler kunne godt være bedre. Lokationen ligger godt meget tæt på Køges gamle havn.
