As an economy hotel brand, indeed our room size of 21sqm is on the small size & amenities are limited, we do however offer competitively low prices, catering travelers searching value for money. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our standard check-in time is 14:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm as mention at the time of booking. We do not charge for early check-in, we always strive to provide room at the earliest possible time. As your stay was in peak season, naturally room was not available early morning as most guests check out at 12:00. We understand the inconvenience, however are unable to expedite this process.
