Nice hotel in a good location.

Had a very nice 3 night stay in this hotel. Overall clean and modern, but was obviously upgraded on the cheap with cracks appearing in some floor's. Our shower had not been finished properly with the drain cover loose and floating around when you showered. The hotel was in a great location being only 5 minutes walk from the beach/marina, and 20 minutes walk from the old town.

would definitely return if in the area

A well positioned medium sized hotel with excellent facilities. Comfortable room with spacious bathroom. Welcoming staff, any issues promptly attended. Top class catering with a wide selection of dishes. Impressive hot plate demonstration with freshly cooked food on display. My personal favourite was the Mallorquin food selection. Sunny courtyard with pools and plenty of deckchairs. Also, a nice little spa with sauna, steam, jacuzzi and a friendly lady to look after the guests. We had a pleasant few days at the hotel and would highly recommend it. Many thanks to staff and management!

Anniversary Celebration

Returned for another visit. Hotel gave us a wonderful welcome, even remembered the room we had stayed in and loved. We will not leave it too long before we return for another great break. Great pool area, a good selection for breakfast, cocktail bar staff also brilliant Thank you, we will return soon. Christine

Bedding

Bad experience due to using a blanket in cupboard which had a life of its own. Totally ruined holiday as did not realise the cause of my lines of bites until it was too late, I have photographs. No one at hotel seemed to have a clue about customer service. I would recommend taking own pillows and a light blanket together with mosquito plug-ins and a first aid kit. The sheets and towels are changed daily but it is not enough in this climate.

Quality for your money

The hotel staff were friendly and helpfull and spoke and understood english. I requested a room with a view to the pool area and got it. Breakfast was plenty. The hotel and room were modernly renovated. Wifi was a bit slow when used in the room but sufficient in the hotel lobby area.
