Lovely location, some issues

Overall, the hotel is of a good standard, the room was disappointingly small . The hotel is on a lovely location and the buggy service is particularly useful for people with mobility issues as it is 100+ steps up from the beach. Some issues in the room which were reported on day one were not all attended to immediately. There was an ant issue believed to be caused by a lack of cleaning which was sorted immediately. The balcony, I do not believe was cleaned during our stay. The rainforest shower head was hanging out of the ceiling and took three days to sort after repeated requests. A full apology was made but is not really acceptable in a hotel of this standard. I believe there must be a wasps nest somewhere around the hotel as the breakfast terrace was constantly attacked by wasps. Table availability at breakfast was not great as emptying tables after use was not as prompt as it could be. Overall, I would possibly stay here again as it was pleasant despite the issues.

Really nice hotel in a great location. From arrival until when we left the staff were great and very helpful. The pool area is great, it is clean with towels to use and has a nice deep pool to swim in. We stayed half board and the food was very good for a buffet and had good variety every night with always something tasty to eat. Rooms very clean and we had great sea views from our balcony for beautiful sunsets. Location is ideal for a relaxing trip with lots of nice places to go for a swim and stroll on the doorstep. Highly recommended

As a solo traveller, i felt safe both in and outside the hotel. Definately lives up to its 5* status. Lovely room with beautiful views, and leisure facilities. Food was good and singer's entertained us in the evenings. 131 steps down from hotel to harbour level but buggy ride available if too strenous. Lots of areas with sun loungers, including a discreet nudist area if you don't want those tan lines :-). A short walk to restaurants, a supermarket, ATMs and the bus station. Very beautiful and sceenic part of Croatia and i was happy that i stayed in Cavtat, away from the hoards of tourists in Dubrovnic. All in all a wonderful stay and i would highlty recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. A short walk to some lovely restaurants in the bay, beautiful walks straight from the hotel. The golf buggy was great for those wanting to avoid the steps and runs all day/night. The steak restaurant was amazing and staff all over the hotel were friendly and efficient. The gym is basic but has everything you need for a workout - would be good if it opened earlier for the early risers. Shortage on sunbed towels a few times but never had to wait longer than 45mins. Loved the cocktail of the day options. Overall, a great stay and Cavtat is a beautiful little town.

In general good but dated. Our room was on level 4 right under the reception area where the entrance to the common toilets were so sometimes noisy at night. Buggy service not as frequent as it used to be.

Great hotel. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Loads of facilities on site 2 swimming pools, bars, etc. An easy walk into town (about 8 minutes), but make use of the golf buggy transport to bring you back. It’s a steep hill otherwise. But don’t let that put you off. I managed well and appreciated the quality of the hotel and especially the staff

Could not have picked a better place to stay. Chose Cavtat over Dubrovnik and so glad we did. The hotel was amazing. It was so expansive we got lost the first day trying to find the restaurant. Our room was to die for - the most stunning views over the Adriatic and the rocky coastline. A balcony to enjoy sundowners. Breakfast was amazing - something for everyone. Loved the little golf cart transport down to the old town - so convenient.

A beautiful hotel with stunning views of Cavtat and the Islands. The staff were courteous and immaculately dressed. The golf buggy rides to lovely Cavtat and taxi boat rides to Dubrovnik and back were expecially memorable. A pefect break!

The hotel has partly renovated rooms and others non-renovated, those rooms are not worth paying for high prices. Upon checking in our room, we found it was not cleaned as there were dust on some stuff, cobwebs on the wall and lamps and the carpet and pillow had stains too. They didn’t have any other room available to change but they also didn’t give us any credits back. Very poor condition room. The hotel location is good as there is a beach front area at walkable distance.
