Room was compact but perfectly adequate for one week stay as we were making the most of exploring HK. Clean and very comfortable beds, love the Elemis products. Breakfast varied daily and included delicious fresh fruit. Staff very helpful. Excellent location and close to restaurants, MTR, Mong Kok shopping district. Good value hotel and would stay again.

This is the 3rd time I stayed in this hotel, and I will come here again in my next visit. Great staff, all of them so friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Good breakfast choices. Many eateries in the neighborhood. Located close to Olympic Station MTR so very easy to go to airport (40 minutes), we used Airport Express to Ching Yi. Hotel offers free shuttle to many top tourist attractions which is great.

This review is based on 3 separate visits to this hotel, 2017, 2019 and most recently 2025. Pros: Close to lots of restaurants, shopping mall, grocery stores, etc, all within walking distance. Public transportation close by. Taxi stand next to hotel. Free shuttle bus to several tourist areas. Water refill stations in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast daily. Cons: Rooms are small. Limited shuttle bus service compare to 2017 and 2019. Last shuttle bus runs til 6pm whereas in 2017 and 2019 it ran til 9pm or 10pm. Seem to skimp on the very basic toiletries like a bar of hand soap, shower cap and small face cloth( 2017/2019) Very tight with the toilet paper... Wireless phone with data (2017/2019) no longer included with room rate These recent changes compared to my first 2 stays will make me consider other choices when I'm in HK again. I do like the hotel, but some of the things that attracted me to this hotel are no longer offered

Relatively good value for money, especially since housing / accommodation costs are on the higher side overall throughout the city. Location is ideal - 7-11, McDonald's, Wellcome, Mannings & a ton of other eateries are all within close proximity. Olympic MTR station is a 5 min walk & Mongkok MTR station is a 10 min walk away. The hotel runs a shuttle bus on the hour to bring guests to a few popular spots nearby, which is super helpful - langham place / Mongkok MTR, temple st, star ferry / canton rd, elements. Spots on the shuttle do fill up quickly, so it is recommended to show up early. Rooms are clean, but showing signs of aging, especially the shower, desk & bedside tables. Rooms are decent size for the price, considering the location. On-site laundry is a huge plus, but there are only 2 washers & 2 dryers. This can lead to line ups if you go at prime times. A breakfast buffet was included in my booking, but we only took advantage a handful of times. The buffet area isn't very big (size constraints are a common theme in Hong Kong) and the variety is limited. Taste is also just ok. Unless I needed a quick bite to eat, I preferred to eat out, as HK is a food paradise. Customer service is excellent, which I tested on different days by using both Cantonese & English. The hotel is highly recommended. It's an excellent choice for this price range.

The room is quite small and inconvenient to move around in, with limited space for storing luggage. On the positive side, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service is an excellent convenience for guests. The hotel’s location is also a strong advantage, offering easy access to nearby shopping districts.

What makes this a 4-star rated hotel is the helpful and friendly staff, the continental breakfast buffet, and the surprise welcome gift (a bottle of red wine). The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but is starting to show its age. But overall a 4 out of 5 stars for the hotel's location, the excellent staff, the comfy beds, and the excellent and yummy breakfast.
