Not what I was expecting; lots of pink neon and black, however… Our room was huge, the bed so comfy, large wet room, very clean. A great view of Charring Cross road so we watched the Luna new year parade. Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel is within walking distance of China Town, Soho, Leicester Square and all the other touristy places. Would stay again!

The restaurant was closed, entailing a five minute walk to the restaurant at a sister property. However, this did not deter from a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and efficient and cleanliness was excellent. A very comfortable bed in a small (deluxe double?) room, with no TV, desk or chair and one side of the bed pushed against a wall. Overall the property should be up-front with things like this. However, we still enjoyed our stay, largely due to our knowing the city well and best using our time out of the hotel.

Don’t let the entrance put you off

Your hotel lobby puts you off a bit but the rooms were comfortable and clean. The roof top area was nice as well

very central, would have liked a kettle and cups in room for tea 'cos I am English. Spotlessly clean and tidy, quiet at all times in room. Would stay there again for sure.

Excellent priced hotel. Had a free upgrade to window room with views across London . Rooms are small and compact and ideal for central London stay. Excellent roof top breakfast which was superb as were all staff. Only downside for anyone considering and needing no tea making facilities or room safe

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Otherwise room is small without anywhere to hang your clothes although we had a junior suite. No wardrobe and no T.V. either.

Convenient good value hotel

Very clean but basic accommodation. Convenient for the West End theatres. Quiet and comfortable room, good temperature. One grumble - the pillows are very hard.
