Great location and staff! Plus clean rooms. The room was very small with no tv or fridge, but just needed to lay our heads for one night.

Very hot!

The hotel was brillant. Nice modern area of London, felt safe. However no air con in the room in a heatwave was not great. The corridor however was cold. The was windows in the room you could open however they did nothing to cool down the room.

Great location, very comfortable bed. Special thank you to the two friendly, helpful ladies at check in, we arrived at the hotel before 11am, looking to drop off our bags, and they were actually able to get us into our room extra early, leaving us to freshen up after our flight and free to enjoy our day! Overall very happy with the hotel.

The rooms are small but the location is unbeatable. Located in the center of the action and walking distance from the closest metro station. The check-in and check out process was very easy. Overall very worth the stay if looking for a great location more so than a luxury room.

Perfect location at Leicester Square

It was a perfect location for our artinary of shows.. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly Shout out to Adam, Rochelle and Jordan. Rooms clean , quiet, air conditioning and comfortable… no need for a tv Roof top breakfast good and Mexican meal super with a great view…. Will return

Location is convenient, Major attractions, Theater, nightlife, shopping, restaurants, and multiple Underground stops are all within very short walking distance. A very central hub. Rooms are geared to serve as a base location to venture out from and return to. Very comfortable but somewhat Spartan. Think stylish, functional modern, rather than opulent. Everything is spotlessly clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. The in house rooftop restaurant and bar offer good food and drink, plus a superb view. This is our second stay. Easily recommended.

This was a great stay and they upgraded us for our honeymoon to a beautiful room with such a good view! It was super close to the underground, right in the theater district and in walking distance to so many incredible spots. Would stay again here!

Check in was a little strange as we hadn't brought passports. We were given a fantastic room, and the bathroom was fantastic as well, but there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. We slept well, breakfast was also very good. On the whole a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
